On Tuesday the 6 of October, the first day back to school after the holidays, Year 3/4 and Year 6, along with their teachers and Mr Wood, walked to the photographic exhibition in Arcadia. Mr Hobby had beautifully displayed all of the entries in all the different categories, including the entries from the Juniors section, the Intermediate section, and showcasing photographs of sunsets, animals, lifestyle, just to name a few. The outstanding award winners for their photographs were Ella Law, receiving a first, and Charlie Pearce, receiving a second in the Juniors section. In the Intermediate section the award winners were (me) Melissa Labate Skinner, receiving a first, and Lucas Bartlett receiving a second. We're very fortunate to participate as inspiring photographers in such a wonderful exhibition. We are extremely grateful to Mr Hobby for taking us through some photography workshops and activities, and for organising and sponsoring our entries.
