We had a great time on our camp at Outer Limits, Paluma. The weather was great we had quite warm, rain-free days for the most part, and nights were cool but comfortable. It was so fantastic to see the children who challenged themselves and reached new heights. Every individual found his or her own challenges during the camp, whether they were about heights, endurance, patience and tolerance, or sharing a tent. Each evening we had discussions about events and activities from the day, and it was wonderful to hear the thoughtful and considered ways that children spoke about what they experienced, and the factors that helped them push through challenges.
Our sincere thanks go to the P & C for their support and the funds they allocated to reduce family costs. And my sincere gratitude goes to Shirley Wilson and Paul Wood who attended camp with the class, and engaged in each activity, supporting end encouraging students along the way. Mr Hammelswang
