Our school supported the Outdoor Classroom Day campaign, which shows passion for taking our children’s learning and play outdoors.

Outdoor Classroom Day is more than just one day of learning outside; it is a global campaign to drive change, to improve the mental and physical health and well-being of our kids, and support them in an engaging and positive learning environment.

2,700+ schools and early learning centres took 314,500+ children outdoors to learn and play, wonderful!

Welcome to Yunbenun, the traditional country of the Wulgurukaba people. I respectfully acknowledge the traditional owners of this land where our school community gathers to learn and to play. I pay my respects to the Wulgurukaba people, their elders past, present and to the emerging elders of the future for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and the hopes of Aboriginal Australia. It is my hope that we continue to honour and respect the traditions of Magnetic Island’s cultural heritage.
