The whole school was lucky enough to try our ruby red grapefruit last week at our rehydration lunchtime activity. The fruit is very colourful to look at and makes a great decoration for any table but it also tastes amazing. Everyone was impressed with the refreshing drink we made and the grapefruit sample plate was the first to be emptied. We are always very busy in the kitchen garden; now we are preparing the ground for the growing season and doing lots of weeding, fertilizing and planning.
